Q. Is free shipping service only available for US, UK and Canada?
Ans.Yes. Shipping is absolutely free for USA, UK and Canadian customer. We charge a flat rate of £16 for most of the countries; however, the rates may be a bit high for some countries of Eastern Europe, Africa and South America.

Ans. Slimfit Jackets UK commits to provide you free return and exchange, we offer 30 days return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with the order, and wish to get return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email us on email@example.com and write about the deficiency of the order,if you wish to change the size, please mention RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.(without RMA, we may not accept the return request)
2. You will receive an email for return instructions.
3. Follow the instructions, once the product has been received and inspected, we will exchange it or will refund if required.
