Q. What is the method of payment, if one order and fill the order requirements?

Ans. The payments can be made either by PayPal or by Credit Card. We assure you that financial information is not disclosed to anyone

Q. If the customer doesn’t like the jacket or if doesn’t fit perfectly, will Slimfit jackets UK return it?

Ans. Slimfit Jackets UK offers the finest quality and the best apparels; we believe to build a strong customer relationship. We have a return policy of 30 days. Exchange of size or any other jacket or full money back guarantee is assured within this period. In case of customized design, the policy of return or exchange doesn’t apply.

Q. How long does it take for shipping and delivery?

Ans. It takes generally 7 to 10working days, but it may take about 15 days for the order to be dispatched on your door step depending on the courier services.

Q. How can I know about the size after choosing a jacket?

Ans.  A size chart is available on our website, from which you can decide which size fits you best. In case of size available in chart doesn’t fit you; you can make a “custom size” order.

Q. If the size is not available in the size chart, is it possible to order custom size jacket?

Ans. Yes.By using our option “Custom Size” which allows the customer to order custom size jackets or the customer can comment the exact size when the order is placed or can email us the details on info@slimfitjackets.co.uk.

Q. What is the shipping time to process a custom size jacket?

Ans. Custom ordered jackets take 15 to 20 days for shipping and delivery after the receiving and confirmation of order.

Q. Is free shipping service only available for US, UK and Canada?

Ans.Yes. Shipping is absolutely free for USA, UK and Canadian customer. We charge a flat rate of £16 for most of the countries; however, the rates may be a bit high for some countries of Eastern Europe, Africa and South America.

 Q. What should I do if my order does not reach on time?

Ans.We send all the information of order delivery via email; one should have to wait till the date.The customer has to check the order status,the tracking page link provides the customer appropriate and up to date information or for any information, the customer can email us on info@slimfitjackets.co.uk or can call us on +1(518) 639-2227.

 Q. if I received a wrong size or faulty jacket, what should I do?

Ans. Slimfit Jackets UK commits to provide you free return and exchange, we offer 30 days return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with the order, and wish to get return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1.       Email us on info@slimfitjackets.co.uk and write about the deficiency of the order,if you wish to change the size, please mention RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.(without RMA, we may not accept the return request)

2.       You will receive an email for return instructions.

3.       Follow the instructions, once the product has been received and inspected, we will exchange it or will refund if required.

Q. what to do next, if my payments went wrong?

Ans. You might have faced any of the following issues:

1.Wrong billing address or Phone Number:

Make sure to provide correct phone number and address which is listed, for the account matching with your payment method.

2.Credit/Debit Card number:

Make sure to write correct number of Credit/Debit Card.

3.Credit /Debit Card limit and expiry

Check your credit card limit of the day or the month, if it has reached to the limit, we might not be able to charge the card for your order. Similarly, make sure and review the date of expiry before sending the information to us.

4.PayPal Account

Make sure the availability of funds in your PayPal account before sending the information.
